EGiPlay 2010 @ Starmall, Edsa – September 4, 2010

Yesterday, September 4, 2010 I went to EGi Play 2010 at Starmall, Edsa – Philippines. Traveling almost 2 hours away from home through MRT and LRT Station to be part of the Rappelz Launch Party Event.

The event was well organized and everyone had a blast. I had a great time talking to the event organizer, however If they hadn’t run out of T-shirts before I got to the front of the line, it would have been a perfect outing T__T.

Aion v1.9 Release Tomorrow

NCSoft is scheduled to release Aion 1.9, the latest installment of award-winning MMO tomorrow afternoon, June 2, 2010. The Aion v1.9 update features new content and game enhancements. This update sets the stage for the recently revealed AION: Assault on Balaurea.
After waiting for so long, Aion is now ready for the v1.9… North American and European Players who haven’t tried this game will really enjoy the new feature. Introduction
Dragonica is a free to play mmorpg (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) 3D Side Scroll Fantasy. If you guys tried game such as MapleStory, Granchase its game movement is the same with Dragonica. Dragonica has easy interface and before you start playing the actual game there’s an instruction on how to play the game.

Side Scroll game?
It means you cannot rotate your character by 360 degrees

Posted Image they are same as Knight. Same as usual, they serve as the melee character in game.

Magician
Posted Image are same with Mage in other game. DD (Damage Dealer) and Healer Type

You can start changing Sub Classes at Level 20

Controls
The Game has a very easy controls using the arrow key and other default shortkey from your keyboard, if you wish to change the short cut key, you can change it in the option.

Character Creation
Log in your account and choose server…

Then click create button..

Then customize your character regardless on class (warrior, archer, magician, thief), and other character feature.

Then, after finishing to create your character, you can log in to the game by pressing Begin..

Graphics
As shown in last screen shot from my character creation above, you can see that it has a good 3D Graphics. And it beat up MapleStory and LaTale’s graphics.

Character Status Points
Status (Vitality, Intelligence , Agility, Strength) is automatically distributed, however you need to distribute skill points on your class tree.

Game Play and Combat
Every controls run smooth, i never experience lag. Their combat is nice too, however the cons is it’s like an old arcade game the the great thing is to become one of the best on how to spam skills while doing pvp, pve and others using your finger. It’s like playing in a gameboy, you can beat your opponent if you are faster

Special Feature
As for me, i find it cool when Dragonica has a Cooking feature. You can loot recipe from monster. Each recipe has instruction on how to prepare food and what are the ingredients needed. Upon cooking, you can create special consumable items that can serve as your healing potion which you can you use in the battle.

Posted Image Dragonica also has a Pet System, you can trained and raise your bet. As soon as your pet is trained, it can help during your battle.

Introduction
Asda Story is a free to play mmorpg (massively multiplayer online role-playing game) with an item mall system. Asda Story is a word which means “topsy-turvy”. “Topsy-turvy” is a musical drama film in 1999 from United Kingdom in Europe. Asda Story is originally from Korea and Japan, called: “Micmac Online”. Then last August 5, 2008 it was published in USA Server by gamecampus.com. After a year, foxxgames.com publish ASDA Story in Europe.

Job class start at level 5, when you acquire the level 5 you can choose one of the 3 NPC’s in Alpen town with 3 different classes. Then, it’s your journey to choose what class you want for your character.

Unique System:

SOUL MATE System
Unique System not only in ASDA Story but also among other mmorpg’s. I’m not sure if other MMORPG’s got this system. Soul Mate System is like you are finding for your partner in game. But who knows not only in game but also in real. Since other players finding for in-game relationship, ASDA Story is fitted for them. It is a party for two player’s continuously not unless if you broke up with them.

What’s good of having a SOUL MATE in ASDA?

Since it is a unique system, they got special benefits for those who got Soul Mate inside the game. You can gain different Emoticons and Skills. Before gaining all skills, you need to level up the Soul Mate. Also, if your soul mate is ON or log in, you can gain Experience points if you are near with him/her. Your Soul Mate can also have Experience points even if his/her is offline by using Soul stone, when your Soul Mate log in to the game again, he/she will earn the experience points.

When you broke up to your Soul Mate, your special benefits will lose and Soul Mate level will start to zero, however you can still get it if you go back with them. But remember that only 3 list of your previous Soul mate, if his not in the list anymore, you cannot gained the old Soul Mate level and skills.

Quest System

Job Class Quest
To be able to completely change your class, you need to finish job class quest given by NPC. It is also the way to learn new skills in your character.

NPC Quest: (Scenario)
This quest helps new players to be familiar in the game. NPC gives various stories about the game. Their rewards are gold, experience points and other items. If you don’t want to hang out with monster’s whole day, you can do this quest. Beside, while doing this kind of quest, you gain experience and level too.
There are more other quest in ASDA Story but haven’t experience all yet, I’m still exploring the game and waiting for the Euro server to launch so all start to level 0.

Dungeons
Love to hunt bosses? This place is suited for you and for your party members. It isn’t easy to kill the monsters inside the Dungeons, better to have party member or else you won’t reach the Final Boss. What’s good in hunting inside the Dungeon? You can get good items that you cannot get in field outside towns.

PVP

Faction War

Faction war is compromised of 3 different teams, Light, Darkness and Chaos, these three teams or factions go head to head to capture the most bases and kill the most people from opposite factions to get the most points at the end of the allotted time given to the War which is 30 minutes. The Most faction or team gaining the highest points will win however all players who participate faction war can also gets 50,000 experience points weather their team win or lose.

Special Feature:
Asda Story also have digging or mining. You can dig anywhere outside the town, items you get in digging are the materials to craft gear or consumable things

Your role is to play as a talent agent or the manager of your star.

Talent Star

This game is celebrity base and it’s in your hand on how to make your talent star from zero to the top. They are the one that you will hire and sign in from contract. Same as the Hollywood artist, you need to manage their Talent, Well-Being (Health and Mood) and Charm (Appearance and Charisma). While taking care of your talent star, you can set an agenda, shop your talent star an accessories, clothes, automobile and house.

Introduction:

After you register in http://www.starfeveragency.com/ click the “play” button then another browser will pop up.

Here is your first view in Star Fever. You will able to select your Agent look and customize your profile. You need to choose your gender to be able to choose your agent look.

Here are some of Agent Look:

After customizing your Agent look, you will receive a $1,500 Star Fever Dollars to pick your Unique Talent Star. Use it wisely!

Go to the Catalog and choose your unique talent star, to be able to view the whole biography of the character, you need to click their faces. After choosing, you can pay via money or points.

After picking up your talent star, go to your Office and you will this image, then you can also go to your Email below the Fame or lame to check if there is an offer for your talent star to go for audition in TV or any movies.

You can also talk to your talent star during his/her agenda and while picking up items from shop, you will know his/her comments if your talent star the dress that she is currently testing.
